The United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim for sustainable development, and the food sector plays a key role in achieving them. Carbon Footprint, food waste reduction, food redistribution, providing food expiration dates according to EFSA guidelines, recovery of food by-products, and biodegradable packaging are some of the points that agri-food companies need to address. But what impact do these sustainable choices have on food safety? The debate is open and will be the subject of the meeting promoted by the Ordine dei Tecnologi Alimentari.

Free conference open to all, pre-registration is appreciated. 2 educational credits will be issued to participating Food Technologists.
